Common use of Ownership Reporting Clause in Contracts

Ownership Reporting. The Company agrees that it will provide assistance to the Holders (or the ultimate beneficial owners of the Common Shares held by such Holders) in connection with the filing of beneficial ownership reports on Schedule 13D or Schedule 13G (or any successor form) or any amendment thereto pursuant to Rule 13d-1 under the Exchange Act, including the payment of any reasonable fees or expenses incurred in connection therewith.
