Ownership or Conduct of Other Business. Subject to the provisions of Sections 8.8 and 10.4, the Partners may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of every kind and description. Neither the Partnership nor any Partner shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in such independent business ventures or the income or profits therefrom.
