Common use of Ownership of the Sponsor Units Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Sponsor Units. As of the date hereof, SMP Holdings owns 5,915,827 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership (the “Sponsor Units”); and SMP Holdings owns all of the Sponsor Units free and clear of all Liens, except for restrictions on transferability contained in the Partnership Agreement or as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, if any.

Ownership of the Sponsor Units. As of the date hereof, SMP Holdings owns 5,915,827 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership 25,854,581 Common Units (the “Sponsor Units”); and SMP Holdings owns all of the Sponsor Units free and clear of all Liens, except for restrictions on transferability contained in the Partnership Agreement or as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, if any.

Ownership of the Sponsor Units. As of the date hereof, SMP Holdings owns 5,915,827 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership 29,703,421 Common Units and Summit Midstream Partners, LLC owns 151,160 Common Units (collectively, the “Sponsor Units”); and SMP Holdings owns and Summit Midstream Partners, LLC own all of the Sponsor Units free and clear of all Liens, except for restrictions on transferability contained in the Partnership Agreement or as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, if any.

Ownership of the Sponsor Units. As of the date hereof, SMP Holdings owns 5,915,827 25,854,581 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership (the “Common Units” and, as held by SMP Holdings, the “Sponsor Units”); and SMP Holdings owns all of the Sponsor Units free and clear of all Liens, except for restrictions on transferability contained in the Partnership Agreement or as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, if any.

Ownership of the Sponsor Units. As of the date hereof, SMP Holdings owns 5,915,827 common 5,293,571 Common Units and 24,409,850 subordinated units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership (the “Subordinated Units” and together with the Common Units owned by SMP Holdings, the “Sponsor Units”); and SMP Holdings owns all of the Sponsor Units free and clear of all Liens, except for (i) restrictions on transferability contained in the Partnership Agreement or as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, if anyany or (ii) Liens permitted or arising under or in connection with the SMP Holdings Credit Agreement.
