Common use of Ownership of Other Entities Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Other Entities. Other than the direct and indirect subsidiaries of the Company listed in Exhibit 21 to the registration statement (No. 333-199394) filed in connection with the initial public offering, the Company, directly or indirectly, owns no capital stock or other equity or ownership or proprietary interest in any corporation, partnership, association, trust or other entity. As used in this Agreement with respect to the Company, “subsidiaries” shall mean direct and indirect subsidiaries of the Company and the Subsidiary.
