Common use of Ownership of Intellectual Property by the Oxford Group Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Intellectual Property by the Oxford Group. Metrichor Ltd., other members of the Oxford Group and their respective licensors, as applicable are the sole and exclusive owners of the Intellectual Property Rights in the Oxford Proprietary Information (including the Website), and in all media, printouts, papers, support materials, or hard copies containing or bearing such Intellectual Property Rights. Except where prohibited under applicable law, Customer agrees not to contest the Oxford Group’s ownership of any copyright or any other applicable Intellectual Property Right in the Oxford Proprietary Information (including the Website). Customer shall have a license to use the Website, and the Intellectual Property Rights therein, only to the extent specifically provided in this Agreement and to the extent such is reasonably necessary for Customer’s performance under the Agreement.
