Common use of OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS AND WORK PRODUCTS Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS AND WORK PRODUCTS. All data, electronic or otherwise, collected by Seller and all documents, notes, programs, data bases (and all applications thereof), files, reports, studies, and/or other material collected and prepared by Seller in connection with this Agreement, whether completed or in progress, shall be the property of Purchaser upon completion of this Agreement or upon termination of this Agreement. Purchaser hereby reserves all rights to the databases and all applications thereof and to any and all information and/or materials prepared in connection with this Agreement. Seller is prohibited from use of the above described information and/or materials without the express written approval of Purchaser.

Purchaser Customer hereby reserves all rights to the databases and all applications thereof and to any and all information and/or materials prepared in connection with this Agreement. Seller Contractor is prohibited from use of the above described information and/or materials without the express written approval of PurchaserCustomer.
