Ownership of Data/ Drawing. 12.2.1 All Data/Drawing(s) shall be the property of the Corporation from the date of its creation or development. No Data/ Drawing(s) created or developed by the Contractor under this Contract shall become the property of the Contractor; provided that the risk and responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any Data/Drawing(s) shall remain with the Contractor until delivery of such Data/Drawing(s) to the Corporation.
