OWNERSHIP OF DATA AND NATURAL GAS AND OIL. 6.1 Ownership of all information and data obtained as a result of Concession Operations shall be vested in the Partnership. The Partnership shall, however, provide the Minister with the information and reports described in Article 8.5 and 8.6.
