Common use of Ownership Information Clause in Contracts

Ownership Information. (a) For purposes of this Agreement, all determinations of the amount of outstanding BlackRock Capital Stock shall be based on information set forth in the most recent quarterly or annual report, and any current report subsequent thereto, filed by BlackRock with the Commission, unless BlackRock shall have updated such information by delivery of written notice to Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.
