Common use of Ownership and Return Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Return. The supplier (or any third party entrusting its materials to the Supplier) owns its Proprietary Materials. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement or at the request of the supplier, the recipient shall (at the instruction of supplier) either destroy or return any unused Proprietary Materials.

The supplier (or any third party entrusting its materials to the Suppliersupplier) owns its Proprietary Materials, even if such Proprietary Materials are incorporated into Project Materials. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement or at the request of the supplier, the recipient shall (at the instruction of supplier) either destroy or return any unused Proprietary Materials and Project Materials incorporating Proprietary Materials and/or generated using Proprietary Materials.
