Common use of Ownership and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Maintenance. A. Upon completion of all work under this Agreement, ownership and title to all materials, equipment and appurtenances installed as a part of the PROJECT within the Town limits of Los Gatos will automatically be vested in TOWN, and all materials, equipment and appurtenances installed as a part of the PROJECT within the CITY limits will be vested in CITY, and no further agreement will be necessary to transfer ownership.
