Owners to notify Manager when ceasing to be Owner. Each Owner shall on ceasing to be the Owner of any Undivided Share and the premises enjoyed therewith notify the Manager of such cessation and of the name and address of the new Owner and, without prejudice to the liability of the new Owner who shall be liable for all sums due and payable and performance and observance of the terms and conditions by the Owner from whom he purchased under the terms of this Deed, such Owner shall remain liable for all such sums and for the observance and performance of such terms and conditions up to the date on which such notice is received by the Manager.
