Owners Services and Responsibilities. 4.1 Owner shall, throughout the performance of the Agreement, cooperate with Contractor and perform Owner’s responsibilities, obligations and services in a timely manner so as not to delay or interfere with Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract Documents.
