Common use of Owner's Protective Liability Policy Clause in Contracts

Owner's Protective Liability Policy. Provide the Owner with an Owner's Protective Liability Policy naming the Worker as the named insured, with the Engineer, and each of their officers, agents, and employees as additionally insured under that policy, said policy to protect said parties from claims which may arise from operations under the Contract. This coverage shall be the same company which provides the Contractor's liability insurance coverage, and in the same minimum amounts.
