Common use of Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.

The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor Advanta and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderhereunder and under the Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor Household and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderhereunder or under the Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Owners for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including including, without limitation, the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderunder this Agreement and the Trust Related Agreements.

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trusteehereof, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Indenture Trustee from the Payment Account for its other reasonable expenses hereunderhereunder and under the Basic Documents, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may reasonably employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunderhereunder and under the Basic Documents.

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before and which shall be paid consistent with Section 7.05(a) of the date hereof between the Depositor Sale and the Owner TrusteeServicing Agreement. Additionally, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Servicer for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall will receive as compensation for its services hereunder reasonable expenses incurred before the date hereof and such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall will be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunderhereunder incurred after the date hereof, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor Administrator and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Administrator, to the extent provided in such separate agreement, for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, (including the reasonable compensation, fees and expenses of counsel and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties Independent accountants) hereunder.

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee --------------------------------- shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.

Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses. The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor Seller and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor Trust for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.
