Owner of a Receivable. For purposes of this Agreement, the "Owner" of a Receivable shall mean CARI until the execution and delivery of the Further Transfer and Serxxxxng Agreements and thereafter shall mean the Issuer; provided, that GMAC or CARI, as applicable, shall be the "Owner" of any Receivable frxx and after the time that such Person shall acquire such Receivable, whether pursuant to Section 3.08 or 5.04 of this Agreement, any provision of the Further Transfer and Servicing Agreements or otherwise.
