Owner non-liability Clause Samples

Owner non-liability. Under no circumstances shall Owner be liable to Architect for the Fixed Fees, Reimbursable Expenses or any other payments due Architect from Developer. By execution of this Agreement, the Architect covenants and agrees that it shall look solely to Developer for payment of any and all such Fixed Fees, Reimbursable Expenses and any other payments due Architect under this Agreement.
