Common use of Owner Lessor's Liens Clause in Contracts

Owner Lessor's Liens. The Trust Company, the Owner Trustee and the Owner Lessor each covenants severally and as to itself only that it will not directly or indirectly create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Owner Lessor’s Lien attributable to it and unrelated to the transactions contemplated hereby and will promptly notify in writing Midwest, NRG, the Owner Participant and, for so long as the Lien of the Lease Indenture has not been terminated or discharged, the Lease Indenture Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee of the imposition of any such Lien of which it has actual knowledge and shall promptly, at its own expense, take such action as may be necessary to duly discharge such Owner Lessor’s Lien attributable to it.
