NRG Guarantees Clause Samples
The NRG Guarantees clause establishes the obligations and assurances provided by NRG, typically in the form of financial or performance guarantees. In practice, this clause outlines the specific commitments NRG makes to ensure fulfillment of contractual duties, such as guaranteeing payment, delivery of goods, or completion of services. By including these guarantees, the clause provides the counterparty with added security and recourse in case NRG fails to meet its obligations, thereby reducing risk and enhancing trust in the contractual relationship.
NRG Guarantees. NRG shall have executed and delivered (i) to the Owner Lessor the NRG Guarantee attached hereto as Exhibit H and (ii) the NRG OP Guarantee to the beneficiaries thereof, which guarantee is attached hereto as Exhibit I.
NRG Guarantees. NRG makes and issues to each Owner Lessor, as applicable, the NRG Guarantees. In each of the Operative Documents, the term “EME Guarantee” is hereby replaced by the term “NRG Guarantee,” and NRG is the “Guarantor” for all purposes under the Operative Documents. The EME Guarantees are terminated, extinguished, and of no further force or effect.
