Common use of Owner-Directed Changes Clause in Contracts

Owner-Directed Changes. The OWNER may unilaterally direct the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to implement changes in the Work, provided such changes fall within the general scope of this Agreement. Upon receipt of written direction from the OWNER, the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, shall promptly proceed with the directed changes.
