Common use of Owner Coordination Clause in Contracts

Owner Coordination. 5.6.1. Garver will consult with and advise the Owner during the construction period. Garver will submit, when requested by the Owner, written reports to the Owner on the progress of the construction including any problem areas that have developed or are anticipated to develop.
