Owner Coordination Sample Clauses
The Owner Coordination clause establishes the responsibility of the project owner to actively participate in and facilitate coordination efforts during a project. This typically involves providing timely information, approvals, and access to the site, as well as communicating relevant decisions to contractors or other stakeholders. By clearly outlining these obligations, the clause helps prevent delays and misunderstandings, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly and that all parties are aligned throughout the process.
