OVH SUPPORT. 4.1. The OVH Support team. The OVH Support team is responsible for handling Incidents which may occur in relation to the Services, and to provide the Client, upon request, with information regarding the characteristics and Terms of Services. Provided the other levels of Support referred to in article 4.4 below, OVH Support is available in French only and information regarding the Services is available during business hours only. Incidents are handled 24/7, 365 days a year. In order to ensure the continuity of Incident handling on a 24/7/365 basis, OVH reserves the right to subcontract part of the Support in accordance with articles “Subcontract” and “Handling Data of a Personal Nature”.
