Overtime Request. The employer will provide the employees with as much advance notice of their overtime request as possible. Overtime will be first offered to the most senior employee qualified to perform the work available. The employees recognize that the employer has valid business reasons for requesting the overtime and assure the employer that there will be no concerted effort made to refuse overtime.
