Overtime Considerations. All work performed by any Regular Operator before the starting of the regular run, or after the completion thereof, shall be considered as overtime and shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for actual schedule time with a minimum of one (1) hour and twenty (20) minutes at the overtime rate.

Based on that request the following was agreed to by the parties.
