Overtime Compensation. ‌ Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates: (a) time : one and one-half times an employees’s hourly rate of pay for the first four three hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled workday; (b) double-time in excess of four hours; a shift; two times an employee’s hourly rate of pay for overtime in excess of (ca) double-time above; two times an employee’s hourly rate of pay for all hours worked work on a day of rest, employees shall not have the day off rescheduled; Overtime shall be paid on the employee's next regular paychequeSaturdays and Sundays.
