Common use of Overtime Compensation Clause in Contracts

Overtime Compensation. ‌ Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates: (a) time and one-half for the first two hours of overtime, and double-time for additional hours on a regularly scheduled workday; (b) time and one-half for the first two hours, and double-time for all subsequent hours on a day of rest, but employees shall not have the day off rescheduled.

Overtime Compensation. ‌ Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates: (a) time and one-half for the first two three and one-half hours of overtime, and double-time for additional hours overtime on a regularly scheduled workday; (b) double-time in excess of (a); (c) time and one-half for the first two hours, and double-time for all subsequent hours worked on a day of rest, but employees shall not have the day off rescheduled; (d) overtime shall be compensated in cash.
