Overtime Amount Sample Clauses

Overtime Amount. Overtime rates of one and one-half (1½) the employee's regular hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of the defined working hours as provided for in Article 18.02, Normal Basic Work Week for full-time employees and Article 4.01 (c) for part-time employees. Employees shall not be required to suspend work during their regular working hours to avoid payment of overtime.
