Overtime allowance. Par. 1. If work is performed at the instructions of the Employer that means that the length of the working week in accordance with the applicable duty roster is exceeded based on the provisions in article 15, overtime is involved. 2. Overtime shall only be involved for a part-time Employee if this Employee works more hours that the duty rooster specified for him/her and when the normal length of the working week per day or week of an Employee with full-time employment is exceeded. 3. If the business conditions allow this in the opinion of the Employer, overtime shall be compensated with time off in lieu at the request of the Employee. The time off in lieu to be compensated shall match the number of hours in overtime. The Employer and Employee shall determine in consultation when the time off in lieu shall be taken.
