Overstaff/On-Call Clause Samples

Overstaff/On-Call. Nurses who are overstaffed may be required to take mandatory call for the remainder of the nurse’s overstaffed shift. The Employer will seek volunteers from those nurses who are overstaffed first and if there are no volunteers, call will be assigned through an equitable rotation.
