Overnight Visitors. These are usually permitted but only by prior formal arrangement with the Landlord, whose decision is final. Maximum stay is 3 nights in any 4 week period. The Tenant is responsible at all times for the conduct of all visitors brought onto the QMU campus or into the Halls of Residence.

Overnight Visitors. Each overnight guest is permitted for up to (10) consecutive days and up to thirty (30) non-consecutive days in a twelve (12) month period without the approval of the Authority. A guest’s overnight stay for longer periods require prior written permission of the Authority. The Lessee is obligated hereunder to prohibit anyone from staying in the Leased Premises without the prior written permission of the Authority except as provided herein. The Authority will respond to any such request within (10) days of the request. Any denial shall include the reasons for the denial.

Overnight Visitors. The Student must notify his/her Area Coordinator prior to hosting an overnight visitor. Visitors may stay for up to three (3) consecutive nights once per semester if approved by the Area Coordinator. Overnight visitors of the opposite gender are not permitted in any University housing.

  • Overnight Guests Any guest who remains in on-campus housing past 12:00am is considered an Overnight Guest. Overnight Guests under the age of 16 who are not enrolled are not permitted. No resident will be allowed more than two (2) Overnight Guests at one time (this number can be reduced during special events). Any Overnight Guest requires the approval of the roommate(s). No Overnight Guest may stay more than three (3) consecutive days without the permission of the roommate and the Hall Director. No individual may stay as an Overnight Guest in on-campus housing for more than 15 days total in a given semester. Persons who have been removed from on-campus housing for any reason may not return as Overnight Guests following their removal.

  • Overnight Travel For each full day of travel, all three meals are reimbursable. Per diems on the first and last day of a trip are governed as set forth below.   • Overnight Delivery When delivered by an overnight delivery service, charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service.

  • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds.   • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.
