Overnight. 1. Based upon the distance and travel time involved, the Company will determine the necessity of employees to stay overnight at their assigned locations. Should overnight accommodations be made available to employees and they choose to return to their residences, all such travel time and expense is uncompensated. Personal non-Company provided transportation must be used for this travel. Employees will be eligible for payment of the expense allowance.
Overnight. (a) Each member of the company giving four or fewer performances away from the Resident Theatre on overnight tours shall receive no less than the sum specified in section (L)(1) above plus per diem.

If the vehicle (tractor and/or trailer) is detained until 8:00 a.m. the following morning at such point, or in the vicinity thereof, and the driver is not required to remain on duty, the terms of Provision No. 4 will not apply from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following morning and in lieu thereof, the charges in the S.A.C. for Single Driver or Sleeper Team for each overnight layover will apply. If the vehicle (tractor and/or trailer) is further detained, charges outlined above or in paragraph (b) below, as applicable, will be the same as if the vehicle had just arrived, except that no time without charge as provided for in the terms of Provision No. 4 will apply. Overnight stays The number of overnight stays in connection with a series of performances in the Netherlands will not exceed a maximum of 40 per successive period of 52 weeks. No more than 10 overnight stays will be planned per successive period of 13 weeks, unless the employer makes alternative arrangements with the approval of the Works Council or the personnel representative body.

Overnight. Notice may be sent to the receiving party’s Notice Address by an internationally recognized express overnight courier with a reliable system for tracking delivery. Such Notices will be deemed received immediately upon actual delivery.

Overnight. 2.1 Whenever a musician, while engaged by the Theatre Company/Producer, is required (by the Theatre Company/Producer) for any reason to be away from the point of origin for ten (10) or more consecutive hours, the musician shall be considered to be on tour.
