Overcharged Amounts. (a) If we become aware that you have been overcharged, we will use our best endeavours to notify you within 10 business days and if the amount is: (i) less than $100, we may credit this amount to your next bill; or (ii) more than $100, we will: (A) ask you whether you would like the overcharged amount credited to your next bill or deposited into a nominated bank account; and (B) credit or deposit the amount within 12 business days of you telling us. (b) If you do not tell us how you would like an overcharged amount to be dealt with within 5 business days after we ask, we will credit the amount to your next bill. (c) Interest will not be paid to you on overcharged amounts. (d) If you are not experiencing financial hardship, we may, after providing written notice to you, use overcharged amounts to offset any amounts you owe us.
