Overarching Goals. i. Grantee shall document enrolled individuals’ length of stay with the CSC team, which shall not exceed 36 months per individual. ii. Grantee shall submit an Implementation Plan, as specified in Section I, Grantee Responsibilities, Subsection B, Overarching Goals, Number 7, within 30 days of Contract execution.
