OVERALL OBJECTIVE. The Owner intends to develop a new Greenfield facility to provide activated carbon (“AC”) to its clients and to deliver electrical energy to the local utility. This Scope of Work outlines the Contractor’s role in the design, procurement, erection, training, startup/testing, commissioning and turnover of the Project to Owner (the “Work”).
