OVERALL OBJECTIVE. The objective of this Statement of Objectives is to develop and flight test an innovative long-range cruise missile that will fit in the SOPGM common launch tube, be compatible to the Battle Management System (BMS) and have a threshold range of 200 Nm and an objective range greater than 400 Nm, and have the ability to acquire and/or reacquire a target after employment.
