Common use of Outstanding Charges Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Charges. You hereby agree to pay the Company any outstanding amounts owed to the Company, and further agree that by signing this Letter Agreement you hereby authorize the Company to deduct any outstanding charges from your lump sum or salary continuation payments.
