Outside the Trust’s Clearing Process—Requests for Redemption. The Transfer Agent shall issue to the DTC Participant an acknowledgement of receipt of an order to redeem Shares in Creation Unit size aggregations within 15 minutes of its receipt of a Submission received in good form. In the event the DTC Participant does not receive a timely acknowledgement from the Transfer Agent, it should contact the Transfer Agent directly at the business number indicated. A redemption order is deemed to be irrevocable upon the delivery of the acknowledgement of receipt of an order.
