Outside Schemes. Only people aged 50 or over are eligible for supported housing and if this tenancy is for a Supported Housing Complex (sheltered) or Outside Scheme (Ground floor) then it is a condition of the tenancy that the tenant is aged 60 or over. If this tenancy is for an Outside Scheme 1st floor property then it is a condition of the tenancy that the tenant is aged 50 or over.
