These Terms and Conditions apply between the Company and the Customer, with regard to the Company Software ("Software") and the Service Products (as defined below) referred to in the Order Form as defined below. The Customer confirms that it understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions with respect to all use and handling of the Software and the Service Products.
