Outside Representation Sample Clauses

Outside Representation. Both parties shall have the right at any time to the assistance of additional representatives when dealing or negotiating.
Outside Representation. The Chairperson may invite one or more outside representatives to any meeting of the PCG or Sub-Committee by giving notice in writing to the representatives of the PCG or relevant Sub-Committee (as the case may be) stating the name and position of that outside representative. Such outside representative may include: (i) nominated senior representatives of a Subcontractor; (ii) a professional representative of a party (such as a lawyer or auditor); (iii) senior management of a party; (iv) specialised Personnel (such as technology specialists); and (v) any other person the Chairperson considers appropriate to invite in the circumstances of the relevant meeting, provided that such outside representation will not have the right to vote on any matter discussed in a meeting of the PCG or any Sub-Committee.
Outside Representation. The Hearing Examiner warrants that no person or entity, other than employees or subcontractors of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Law, PLLC, has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Agreement. The Hearing Examiner further warrants that no fees, commissions, or other considerations have been paid to secure this contract. Any violation of this provision shall entitle the City to annul this Agreement without liability or recover any such payments made.
