Outside Generator. Tenant shall also have the right, at its own expense, to install outside the Building an electrical generator to provide emergency power in the event that the system supplying electricity to the Building fails (the "Outdoor Generator"). All of the provisions of Section 15.3 applicable to the Rooftop Equipment shall equally apply to the Outdoor Generator.
Outside Generator. A prior occupant of Premises constructed an infrastructure on the exterior of the Building for the installation of a temporary “drop ship” generator. Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, may use such infrastructure and contract with a third-party provider for a deliverable portable generator which can be connected to such infrastructure to provide back-up electrical power to the Premises. Any work required to configure such infrastructure to the Premises shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Laws and with Landlord’s prior written approval (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed). Landlord will have no responsibility to maintain or guarantee the performance of any such infrastructure, and the cost of repair and maintenance of any such infrastructure shall be borne by Tenant during the Term.
