Outside Catering. 8.1. Should an outside caterer be used for specialised dietary requirements such as Kosher or Halaal catering or any other approved reason for the entire function, a surcharge of R300 per person for 2024 (including children and subject to an annual increase effective in January of every year) will apply. A procedure for Outside Caterers has been put in place and it is essential for these Suppliers to adhere to the Avianto Code of Conduct. 8.2.
