If you have any questions or need information regarding your protections under pertinent laws regarding harassment or your rights regarding complaint filing with the above compliance agencies, you may contact the Executive Director. The Authority may consider even a single instance of a violation of this policy as grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, depending on its seriousness.
