Outreach Program. The Health Plan shall have an outreach program including but not limited to referral, training, consultation and other behavioral health resources designed to assist PCPs and other non-behavioral health providers in the identification, management and treatment of: a. Enrollees with severe and persistent mental illness; b. Children/adolescents with severe emotional disturbances; and c. Enrollees with clinical depression.
