Common use of Outplacement Services Clause in Contracts

Outplacement Services. In the event the Executive is terminated by the Company (other than for Cause, Disability or death), or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, within 18 months following the Change in Control Date, the Company shall provide outplacement services through one or more outside firms of the Executive’s choosing up to an aggregate of $20,000, with such services to extend until the earlier of (i) 12 months following the termination of the Executive’s employment or (ii) the date the Executive secures full time employment.

Outplacement Services. In the event that the Executive is terminated by the Company (other than for Cause, Disability Executive’s employment terminates on or death), or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, within 18 six months following after the Change in Control Date, the Company shall provide pay all reasonable expenses up to a maximum aggregate amount of $30,000 for outplacement services through one or more outside firms utilized by the Executive to obtain other employment and which services are retained by the Executive at any time within twenty-four months from the date of the Executive’s choosing up to an aggregate of $20,000, with such services to extend until the earlier of (i) 12 months following the termination of the Executive’s employment his or (ii) the date the Executive secures full time her employment.

Outplacement Services. In the event the Executive is terminated by the Company (other than for Cause, Disability or death), or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, within 18 months following the Change in Control Date, the The Company shall provide the Executive with outplacement services through one or more outside firms suitable to the Executive’s position for a period of two (2) years following the date of the Executive’s choosing up to an aggregate termination of $20,000employment or, with such services to extend if earlier, until the earlier first acceptance by the Executive of an offer of employment. The cost of such outplacement services shall not exceed twenty percent (i20%) 12 months following the termination of the Executive’s employment or (ii) base salary in effect on the date the Executive secures full time employmentDate of Termination.

Outplacement Services. In the event the Executive is terminated by the Company (other than for Cause, Disability or death), or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, within 18 months following the Change in Control Date, the Company shall provide outplacement services through one or more outside firms of the Executive’s choosing up to an aggregate of $20,000, with such services to extend until the earlier of (i) 12 months following the termination of that the Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason other than those set forth in Sections 6.2, 6.4, or (ii) 6.5, the date Company will reimburse the Executive secures full time employmentfor payments made by the Executive for executive outplacement services for up to twelve (12) months under a program approved by the Company in the exercise of its reasonable discretion.

In the event the Executive is terminated by the Company (other than for Cause, Disability or deathDeath), or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, within 18 24 months following the Change in Control Date, the Company shall provide outplacement services through one or more outside firms of the Executive’s 's choosing up to an aggregate of $20,00025,000, with such services to extend until the earlier first to occur of (i) 12 months following the termination of the Executive’s employment 's employment, or (ii) the date the Executive secures full time employment.
