Common use of Outpatient General Practitioner (GP) Clause in Contracts

Outpatient General Practitioner (GP). (i) a staff member will co-pay $5 of the cost per visit for the first 10 visits, and pay the actual cost of medical treatment incurred from the 11th visit onwards subject to a maximum of $35 per visit;
