Outline Implementation Plan. The parties agree that the outline implementation plan is as detailed within Appendix 1 to this Schedule 3.
Outline Implementation Plan. (i) In this section, the Supplier must provide an outline Implementation Plan. For example, the Supplier may identify that onboarding activity cannot commence any earlier than 45 days after the Order is placed.
(ii) To note, the outline Implementation Plan will be updated to become the draft Implementation Plan once the Order Form has been received by the Supplier (as described in Clause 6 (Implementation Plan) of the Call Off Terms.

3.2. All changes to the Outline Implementation Plan shall be subject to the Change Control Procedure provided that the Service Provider shall not attempt to postpone any of the Milestones using the Change Control Procedure or otherwise (except in accordance with clause 28 (Authority Cause)).
