Outline Implementation Plan. (i) In this section, the Supplier must provide an outline Implementation Plan. For example, the Supplier may identify that onboarding activity cannot commence any earlier than 45 days after the Order is placed. (ii) To note, the outline Implementation Plan will be updated to become the draft Implementation Plan once the Order Form has been received by the Supplier (as described in Clause 6 (Implementation Plan) of the Call Off Terms.
