Outgoing Visits. All classified visits require advance notification to, and approval of, the place being visited. When it becomes necessary for employees of PeopleReady, Inc. to visit other cleared contractors or Government agencies and access to classified information is anticipated, employees must notify the FSO and provide the contractor or agency to be visited, their SMO code, the time and duration of visit, the reason for the visit, and the name and phone number of the person to be contacted. Ample time should be allowed to permit the visit authorization request to be prepared, submitted via DISS to the contractor/agency, and processed by their visitor control.
