Customers may request custom filter and route rules that may be considered packages for compliance for various regulations (i.e. HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). While RPost provides standardized rule sets, may suggest standardized or custom rule sets, or may create new standardized or on-demand custom rule sets, RPost does not attest to any rule set guaranteeing compliance with any regulation or requirement, regardless of what the rule set is named or how referenced. It is the customer sole responsibility to determine which filter and route rules are suitable for their business needs, regulations, and/or requirements. Should a customer opt to use filtering policies that block outbound transmission and quarantine outbound messages before transmission, customers are obligated to monitor and manage all their outbound message quarantines. All outbound message quarantined traffic is retained in a 7-day quarantine cache.

Outbound. Freight The Contractor shall provide a centralized shipping function for outbound cargo. The shipping function shall serve as the single point of entry to the Defense Transportation System (DTS) for all sustainment shipments. The contractor shall prepare, package, mark, label, and document all outbound cargo per DTR 4500.9-R, Part II, Part III, Part V, Part VI, and VII, NAVSUPINST 4600.86, OPNAVINST 4600.24, and locally developed SOPs. Contractor shall collect, obtain signatures/stamps, and distribute all applicable Customs Clearance documents used to accomplish export of DoD shipments and customs clearance processes within European Union (EU) countries IAW DTR 4500.9-R, Part V, ECM 4504.01, standard local instructions and any other Host nation applicable customs clearance documentation. The Contractor will perform Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking (PPP&M) services. PPP&M is defined as the Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking of assets to include, cleaning, drying, and Shipments arranged to meet customer request. The Contractor shall not handle classified material or classified documentation. No damage to material due to Contractor negligence. Documentation is current, accurate and complete as specified. The Contractor will release freight to carriers utilizing TCMDs/Air Waybills and supporting documentation.
